Positive overall. Can’t beat location. Some recommendations are a new mattress in downstairs king bedroom. It is broken down like an elephant has slept in it. Very nice porch but needs pressure washing. Downstairs shower hot water knob broken. Upstairs toilet seat broken. Great house that needs the above repairs.

The house was very homey and quaint. The location is wonderful! Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Literally out your back door to Seaside town square. It gets a little loud with traffic but really didn’t bother us. The house needs some updating. One shower didn’t work downstairs, and kitchen needs oven mits. Beds are not the most comfortable. The location makes up for a lot of this. Great vacation overall!!

Best place to go after school lets out, plus you get the Memorial Day holiday so super crowded which is super fun. This house is in the best location for action, however it is still private with multiple patios downstairs, one facing the action and one facing the bakery (more private). There is no tub upstairs, instead a really big shower, which we appreciated. Water gets super hot and a/c worked great.

Our family of 5 had such a great time staying in Waterside! It's a such a warm perfect beach house. The location is everything. The home is noticeably older but so charming. We absolutely will get it again!

Our stay was wonderful!!! The location was the absolute best!!! The house could use a little TLC and maybe a deep cleaning. But nothing was bad enough to not want to stay there again!! Already checking on dates for our next visit!!!

Perfect house location for convenience to the beach - and right next to Black Bear Bread - so easy! We stayed during fall break, so a little loud in the evenings due to the crowds of people walking to the city center.

We loved our time in Seaside. The master bath of this cottage had been recently updated, and it's not reflected in the photos online -- it's beautiful! The only thing we wished we would have known about was the closure of our beach access for a couple of days.

Needs new furniture ( sofas stained and worn in a bit) and definitely new beds. Our friends that we were hosting in the downstairs bedroom woke up with backaches saying they could feel the coils in the mattress. Also, we were not informed that the screen porch doors were missing, thereby allowing us to get attacked by flies when trying to sit out on the porch. Having a screen porch was a big factor in choosing this house!

By far the easiest vacation we’ve taken as a family. Beach right across the street, a little shopping & eating just steps away. Soooo easy & relaxing. House was very clean, communication was superb. The only downfall for us was the beds. We were hurting after a few nights sleeping on those beds but our stay was still enjoyable! There is a park at the back of the neighborhood to take your kid(s) to as well! Everything is in very close vicinity to make your trip easy & relaxing. Location is perfect!

We loved staying at Waterside ! We had grandparents and toddlers with us - the home is incredibly accommodating for all ages. Plenty of amenities in the home. The location is unbeatable! Perfectly located to the water and to the town. We loved staying here and are looking forward to the next time!

House is on corner of Ruskin and 30A. 30A is very active at night so we did hear cars and people. But it didn't bother us. If you need complete silence at night use a white noise app on your phone. The house isn't brand new, so if you want a high end gourmet kitchen, this isn't for you. But we did cook some meals and everything worked just fine. we were very comfortable and it was very clean. Kids had a great time. Everyone loved the views from the porch and the coffee shop behind the property.

Waterside is a great rental right on 30A right next to the town center. Super convenient but loud at night during spring break. Had tons of room and loved the patios. Master suite upstairs was nice. Kitchen had everything you need, but bring your own spices etc.

This house has an amazing location - literally across the street from the beach entrance and one block to the Seaside 'field' and shops/restaurants. We were lucky to get the reservation this busy season - literally booked it days ahead of time. That said, the house really needs some work... The furniture, kitchen supplies, etc. are not in good shape. One of the bathrooms had a sink that did not drain. We saw bugs in the master bath on several occasions. For property manager maintenance - we lived w/ the last guests' dirty linens bagged on the front porch, next to the dining table, our entire stay. It took a few tries to get through to Homeowner's Collection - we were missing our pool passes our first day and had to track them down via multiple phone calls. The house is cluttered on the main floor, and just didn't feel super clean. We did appreciate the master shower which was new and large, and the washer/dryer worked great. Overall - we would roll the dice and rent elsewhere next time.

Loved this house! The inside layout is great-very spacious & very clean! Love all the porches & outdoor seating! Location is soooo convenient to the Seaside Square & to the beach! I will definitely rent this house again!
