Very clean, close to walking trails, and host was extremely helpful when we contacted her.

Overall a good stay. Apartment was clean, with a convenient location and everything that we needed. There were small issues, including a very soft bed, and loose/ flimsy fixtures, other than that we were satisfied with our stay.

Check in was easy, the place was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, the washer and dryer were awesome. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were elegantly decorated and functional. Location was great and close to many restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would recommend this place time and time again. Our host was also very accommodating and responsive to our inquiries. A definite 5⭐️star

Convenient location and easy to get around the south part of the city. Property was perfect for the two of us.

Our family was visiting many different areas of Colorado so this was a great central location for us. Kristi provided us with a map of the property for easy arrival and check in. The condo was a great size and was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that would have been helpful was a little more seating in the living room. We are a family of 4 and the seating only accommodates 3. There were kitchen table chairs to use but they are metal so not that comfy for long periods. However, we weren’t in the condo much except to sleep and do some laundry so it wasn’t a huge deal. Very nice place and terrific communication with the owners. We would definitely recommend it and would rent it again if staying in the area.

We loved the condo! Only improvement recommendation would be a little more comfortable seating. Maybe a large couch VS the small love seat. The dining chairs are a little hard for middle age girls. ;)

Condo was as advertised with no surprises. Very clean with good quality linens and towels. Everything worked and the unit was fully stocked. Great location close to Cherry creek state park. Biked through the park right from the condo. All shopping and restaurants very clos by.

During our 2 1/2 week rental, we started in the Centennial condo (above) that Kristi owns, then moved to her Castle Rock VRBO condo, which wasn't available until a few days into our stay. When we first booked Centennial, we had this discussion with Kristi. We greatly appreciate that she facilitated this for us, given that her Castle Rock condo is much closer to our daughter's home. Since much of our time is spent with our daughter and grandkids, that made our trips to her home shorter and easier. Both of Kristi's VRBO units - Centennial and Castle Rock - were clean, well appointed and in convenient geographical areas. The kitchens had good cooking equipment. The above property had numerous shopping centers nearby, and main roads. And the Cherry Creek Trail was also within walking distance from the house. Kristi's Castle Rock condo was a perfect fit for us. It's close to Castle Rock (with it's great short hiking trail), the cute downtown area, and our daughter's home. Also, the outlet malls are very near by, as well as numerous stores and restaurants. The condo is very close to I-25, so we could quickly hop onto I-25 whenever we needed to get into Denver. Kristi went above and beyond to help us work out a few issues, and to make the move from the Centennial condo to the one in Castle Rock, once it became available. I greatly appreciate that, as the Castle Rock unit was not available for the full time we booked with Kristi when I first made the reservation. Kristi had the Castle Rock unit cleaned the day the people left, so that we could move over there the same day. She even personally brought us sheets when she got home from work. We liked everything about the Castle Rock unit. The kitchen layout and extra storage was greatly appreciated. There were several extra closets, which make it easy to store our luggage and things we had bought during our extended stay. (We were in Colorado for five weeks.) I would not hesitate to rent any of Kristi's VRBO units in the future. She is extremely responsive and helpful. The units are nice and well appointed. Her husband also came over to fix a few minor things we asked about. Ann Kuffner

We stayed here for a week. The place is as described. It is well stocked with what you need. The complex was quiet. The condo is close to many food and shopping options. Pretty much everything you could need is within a 5 minute drive. The hosts are very responsive, which is always appreciated. I would stay here again for sure.

We were very pleased with the property. Great location. High quality furnishings and decor. King size bed and great kitchen appliances. Communication was great. Highly recommended
