This is a very modern property that is in great shape and in a great location. It had everything you need for a great beach vacation. Our family rented three of the units and everyone had a very positive experience. We especially enjoyed the easy beach access, all of the beach supplies, the private garage, and plenty of space for the family to gather. The unit is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and parks in addition to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

Beach was being repaired following storms so access was a few blocks away which wasn’t ideal but otherwise place very clean, new and comfortable, walking distant to restaurants, bars and beach!
Sunsets were spectacular, beach is wonderful, clearest water and white sand👍😎

It was an amazing stay, a very convenient house. The stay was right on the beach. We were able to spend the day at the beach with the family and go out for dinner at night. Beautiful property! Pictures do not give it justice!

Celebrated wife’s - 60th birthday. Kids, grandkids spouses all had fun. Walk to the beach, enjoy the water waves and sand and relax in the evening in plenty of room.

The property was awesome. Conveniently located with everything nearby. Everything we needed to have a great time at the beach i.e. beach wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, bea h towels, etc. We had a great time!

Wow. What can I say? A beach house with actual style! This home is absolutely stunning. Views from both balconies were great, and the 100 ft walk to the beach makes for a great day on the sand. We usually pick a beach house based on proximity to the water, however this home didn’t feel like a rental. Everything was nice and clean, no wicker present so it was comfortable evenings after dark and the amount of beach toys truly was amazing. We used some of the ten plus chairs available to us, the wagon, umbrella and our kids LOVED the toys available to us. We had a wonderful time and had zero issues during our stay. Clearly no expenses were spared outfitting this home, there’s even a Sonos sound bar in the living room. The ample garage parking made it simple for our friends to park and join us at the beach for the day, and I cannot wait for our next beach trip so we can rent it again. Thank you for the wonderful time.

This was our first time visiting Indian Rocks Beach. We usually visit Siesta Key but decided to give this beach a try. We absolutely loved the area. Much quieter than Seista and the beach was gorgeous. The house was well equipped and very clean. The owners were responsive with any questions we had. We had our 5 month old grandson along so we appreciated the high chair and pack and play provided. There are a lot of stairs to contend with so maybe not the best choice for older or handicapped people. Location was fantastic. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shop. And most importantly the beach was just a few steps away and if we weren’t on the beach we had a gorgeous view from the condo. Would stay here again.

This beautiful, three-floor townhouse had everything we needed for a perfect beach retreat. It’s a close to stroll to the beach and provides a beach wagon with umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler and sand toys. The kitchen is amazing. Very large island was perfect to prepare and serve a buffet for the family. Beds are comfortable. Everything was new and clean. Hope to stay again!

The house was absolutely perfect. We walked to restaurants in town and drove to Clearwater for additional dining and entertainment. The house is steps away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The house had everything we needed and the host was great. Check in and check out were a breaze.

The property is perfect for around the kitchen gatherings. The spacious work space and the large table with 8 chairs made it possible to eat together, and prepare meals together! In the open dining room area, our grandkids were able to have a "dance party" as they call it!!

The home's open floor plan allowed for our family to be in the same environment, but everyone could have their own space and do their own thing. We had 4 adults and two children in our party, this was much better than two or three hotel rooms. A high quality, well-built spacious home that you can walk to the beach in approx. 60 seconds. Amazing beach experience that even during peak times is far less crowded than Clearwater or St Pete. The location is within walking distance of some highly rated local eateries and not more than 5 minutes to a week's worth of locally owned restaurants and souvenir shops. The check-in process and ongoing communications were so smooth and easy. They make sure you feel welcome and have all your questions answered prior to arrival. Tremendous Value and Experience. I'd don't give 5 stars lightly but this home over delivers.

This is our 3rd time at this property and it’s always wonderful. The house is always clean and just as described, peaceful with a gorgeous view, a 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s so well stocked with dishes, blender, pots, etc and loved having the wagon to take to the beach. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at IRB. The property was spotless, very comfortable and such an easy access to the beach. And the weather was perfect!!
The only suggestion I have is for a few more cooking additions. A griddle and perhaps better pans would be helpful. Otherwise, it was amazing.

Stayed 5 nights for Spring Break with my wife and 4 children. House is very clean and right off the beach with easy access. Description of the home is very accurate and owners were very easy to communicate with. Indian Rocks is a quaint town that we really loved and would definitely go back.

Nice location
The house is very spacious and couldn’t be much closer to the beach. The appliances were new and everything was clean. We have stayed at many rentals and were surprised that beach towels, chairs, umbrellas required an additional rental fee. Every other home we have stayed in has included beach towels and chairs at least. Traveling by plane makes bringing these items a challenge, so feels like you’re being nickeled and dimed. The kitchen has basics like plates and pans but expect to bring your own salt/pepper/olive oil etc as you want find anything in the cupboards.

Great location, surrounded by plenty of the best restaurants, and wonderful shops; all just minutes away. Rental was everything we needed, with enough space to accommodate a large family.

Lovely beach location
Indian Rocks Beach may be our new favorite beach town and this home was perfect. Gulf views from most of the house and super short walk to the sand. The house was new and clean and beautiful. The location was just what we were looking for. Just a block from an amazing bakery/breakfast coffee shop. And lots of restaurants in walking distance. One small problem with a broken sprinkle out front, but it didn't affect our visit. We will be back!
