Beautiful cosy unit with large bedrooms. Very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Excellent location, beach front, amazing sunsets. Quiet yet walking distance to cafes and pub.

Only thing I can fault is the shower poor pressure which being cold weather was not pleasant.

incredible view, beach walks and easy access to jetty rd. Friendly staff who were in touch when needed. Massive bathtub! Reliable hot water. I was travelling alone and arrived late at night and felt safe/secure. Highly recommend the Brighton bakery for the vegan options :-D

The bedroom walls with neighbours are very thin so could hear loud tv until 10pm on one of the nights- bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! Bed linens were very basic - almost like hospital sheets but clean and totally fine, just not luxe. The cleaning fee means you get better value for money the more nights you stay!

The location was perfect. Walking distance to cafe's and local shops. There was a pub where meals were available all day if required. The view was spectacular each morning looking straight out over the water.

Seriously they only thing that you could even nit pick about was the water pressure in the shower.

Fantastic location. Waking to the sounds of the ocean everyday is a massive bonus. Very clean. Provided so many grocery items. Good size rooms. Close to the shopping precinct. Good bedding. Retro furnished.

Poor TV reception. Blury. No internet so unable to get Netflix. Only local TV stations. Did not expect this given price. A new shower head would work better. Not so great if guests have mobility issues. Steep steps and no rail.
