Modern home located on a quiet beach not far from Olbia. Gated parking area for compact car. Beautifully landscaped backyard. Excellent kitchen area and patio furniture for dining. Rooftop terrace for sunbathing. 3 mini-split air conditioning units made our stay comfortable.

This was my second stay in Sardinia and this time I searched for houses with a hot tub in case our late September trip had cold weather. I was disappointed to learn upon arrival that the hot tub did not heat. Had I known, I would have picked a different house. Luckily the weather was decent. Additionally, I don't mind that the house has many surveillance cameras on the property grounds, however it felt creepy to have a camera pointed directly at the loungers on the rooftop terrace. WiFi access point was weak making it difficult to work from the kitchen table. The house lacked the consumables that one expects for a house at this price point: garbage bags, facial tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent. If wind blows from the East, expect many tons of Posidonia (seaweed) will overrun the beach making it unusable.
