The hotel was nice as were the staff. Location was good.
They have a policy of a security deposit in case of damage to the room. The policy stated cash deposit of $50 dollars given back upon checkout. I paid for the room in advance and when we arrived was informed the deposit was $60 dollars and needed to be put on a credit card. I paid it after being told that it would show as a pending and a credit would be issued upon checkout. The room was inspected and everything was fine and I was told they had already issued the credit. That was on Monday 7/17/23. I called on Tuesday as no refund had shown up on my card. The manager told me it sometimes takes 5 days. As of today still no credit posted or pending. I'm very angry as the room was in excellent condition when checked out. In fact other than our dirty towels in the tub and trash in the trash can the room didn't look any different than when we checked in. In fact the beds barely looked like anyone had slept there. I'm traveling and would like to get my refund before I leave the state and I have waited 5 days. As mentioned before I have spoken to him (manager) twice and filed a complaint with Booking. Could use some intervention here. Any response would be appreciated. Thank you, Jody L VanAtta

The location was the only nice part about this place.
There was cockroaches in the bathroom I counted at least 6. The floor was so dirty if you took your shoes off the bottom of your feet were black. The occupants in the next room was very loud fighting all night. Property manager did nothing.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since I was only there to sleep and spent little other time in the room, this was sufficient for this stay.
Every other aspect of the hotel. The grounds, parking lot, decor, furnishings, flooring, and appliances are in all in desperate need of renovation/replacement. The property is so run down, however, that at this point, it might just be easier to tear the thing down and start over.

They put me in room where I could keep an eye on my trailer.
Not enough wall plugs. had to unplug a lamp in order to plug in the power cord for my laptop.

The bed was very comfortable and it is close to good food.
It needs maintenance and repair. I was very concerned about the electrical situation. There were lots of power strips and outdoor electrical conduit inside. The breakfast was very sparse and unappealing.

I liked the location, the politeness of the lady that took care of me. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. I will be staying there again.

Desk staff was terrible!! Listed me as a noshow at 2am annot make me a room key becaus working and told me I would have to go to another e the machine was not

It was just right for an overnight stopover for sis, doggie, and me. Good little continental breakfast to get us on our way.
The sliding chain lock was gone. Nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke (which is not unusual)

Convenience to where I was headed.
BEDBUGS!!! I got ate up on the first night and didn’t know that’s what it was till after my second night and upon leaving the next morning. Still in pain from all the digging to my skin. Floors were nice with no carpet BUT I spilled a little coffee and had to wipe it up and found that they do not mop the floors because they were filthy dirty!! And the breakfast wasn’t the best. Good thing there were drive-thrus close by.

The room was extremely clean, and the cable programming was nice. Breakfast was provided.
