Location, the up-to-date decor, and cleanliness
One elevator, 12 floors, servicing both guests and staff. The best I could tell there was no service elevator.

The location was excellent. Everything was super clean and nice.
My only complaint is that the beds were VERY uncomfortable. Hard as rock. One step up from sleeping on the floor. They did not have any mattress pads or anything to offer up to make it better. The gal at the front desk, tried her best by giving us some extra pillows and comforter, but it just did not do the job. I have been at other hotels where they can give you some kind of egg crate to help. It would’ve been nice if they had something because in Nashville we did so much walking and we did not get good night sleeps. My husband was miserable. Luckily we were in a king suite so we had a little couch with a hida bed. We moved that mattress and put it on top of of our bed, but it still really did not help. The most comfortable thing in the entire room was the couch itself which my husband did not fit very well on. Not to mention this was a romantic getaway for us, so the last thing we wanted to have to do was Sleep separately. Because of the beds, we likely can’t stay at that hotel again, which is unfortunate.

On arrival the elevators were broken, meaning we had to carry our bags up 11 flights of stairs.
Once we got setup and got ready for bed, we noticed the curtain was missing from the room we’d been given (explanation we were given was maintenance left this job incomplete previous day), so at 11pm we had to move everything to another room. This new room also turned out to have a blocked sink, and the elevator issues continued throughout our stay. No explanation, apology or credit were offered by the staff.

Beautiful building and on site parking in the garage.
Location for getting into and out is a little tight with one driveway but not terrible.

Wonderful, original design. Rooms were loaded with amenities. Complimentary breakfast was incredible. Bed was medium soft.
Receptionists never smiled or greeted people. No personality at all. Shower track was full of crud. Loud highway below.

Very clean and nice. Good safety measures such as key card needed to access the room floors. Very friendly staff. Desk clerk refunded my working fee for the noise issue (see below).
I felt like I was sleeping in a dorm. Doors slamming (not closing loudly- slamming) and people hollering and laughing loudly at 3am. When I stepped out my door to shush people, one young man looked me in the face and laughed. I know the management cannot control their patrons, but I felt like I was in a college dorm and paid way too much for that nonsense.

We loved the location and proximity to downtown and the stadium. We loved the diversity in the breakfast bar. There was something for everyone. All the food was delicious. The in suite bar and restaurant was perfect also. The bartender had great recommendations and was extremely sweet.
The valet stopped prior to schedule. our room thermostat was off as well as phone unplugged upon arrival also. In defense, they switched our room. The timing of the amenities (gym and pool closed extremely early.)

The staff were terible we want extra blanket and shampoo and they did not bring us. And in critsmas day we went for breakfast and they closed it and a lot of people did not have breakfast in critsmas day 😳

Location was good. Less than a mile walking distance to downtown. The hot breakfast was really good, a lot of variety. Great location if you are attending a titans game.
Location of our room was on the interstate side of building. Very noisy. I would stay here again but request to be on other side of building.

Stayed here to visit Nashville - very short walk across the pedestrian footbridge by the stadium. Huge rooms, very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet too despite being by a busy road and a bustling city. Very affordable too, considering how close the city is from the hotel.
Breakfast was a little bland and basic. Will fill you up but if you're looking for good quality, it's worth going out to eat in Nashville.

Food and bar were good. Bartenders were very good!! Room was comfortable.
We stayed five days, and our room was cleaned only twice. The manager said they only clean every three days, unless we specifically ask to have our room cleaned. She was extremely unsympathetic!! We will never go back to the Nashville La Quinta Inn and Suites. In addition, they charged us more than our confirmed price for five nights through Booking.com. Also, after we checked out, they charged us an additional $100.

Loved the location and being able to walk downtown. Liked that breakfast was included in the price. We had a room that overlooked the stadium and downtown which was amazing.
Just a personal thing but some cut up fresh fruit like strawberries, melon, pineapple and blueberries would have been nice with the breakfast.

It was one of the nicer la Quintas we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean
The parking. It was a bit of a conundrum. Very tight to get into the parking garage. So much so that we couldn’t get our truck in there

The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to Broadway.
When we arrived the shower in the room did not work, so after unpacking everything we then had to move rooms. Our room was not serviced once during our 3 night stay. Also, I left my Kindle on the bed and emailed the hotel to ask if it had been handed in and they didn't even respond.

The highway on the back side of the hotel is digested with heavy traffic 24/7 which is very noisy
