Location, excellent amenities, lovely terrace to sit after a long day

Nothing, all good

Location is fantastic and it is a fairly sizeable apartment; with a proper kitchen, king-size bed, and full living room. Very well located with regards to getting a private water taxi; it stops right out front of the property. There is a great supermarket about 100 metres away; this is really handy for getting the house prepped for breakfast and snacks. There is a great restaurant around the corner called Trattori di local, a must.

The shower pressure was a bit weak. This made sense when you consider the toilet wouldn’t stop running. Also, the air conditioning was a bit under powered. Our check-in staff member said we could contact him at any time about anything to do with the apartment or Venice; when we did reach out to let him know that the toilet wouldn’t stop running and the Internet (initially) wasn’t working, we never heard back.

Great location to see the main sights but tucked away in a quiet part of the area. Apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and has everything you need - even if you want to cook. Supermarket is just around the corner and a short walk. Super-comfy bed and good bathroom facilities. The aircon worked well. Just over the bridge were restaurants to the left and the private water taxi set down & pick up that we were instructed to use to the right. Our agent was friendly and very helpful and the paperwork was sorted out very efficiently.

The only niggle was the water boiler in the bathroom was a little noisy but that won't stop us rebooking and have started to plan another trip.

Location is great and convenient if you don't wanna be in the very busy part of town not too noisy. Elevator direct to the apartment. Large living room space, and two toilets. Nice separate kitchen break out space.

Photos of the balcony would be good as it can be a bit deceiving thinking it's one of the front facing ones. Slight water leak during rain in the hallway. Location of the shower in the bedroom is placed a bit awkward, with a squeeze around the sink to the toilet. Some basics were lacking such as shelving units or simple toothbrush holder in the bathroom space. There were a few bugs around the apartment throughout our stay. Walls were a bit stained. Very uncomfortable and cheap bed and couches. We were there 5 nights and there was no cleaner or change of towels etc in that time, whilst in other places we stayed it was every day or every other day, would've been nice to have a change over. Quite overpriced, you're paying to stay close to the main square whilst being away from the noise.
