Optimal location with stunning view of Lake Michigan. From arrival to departure it was clear that this home was designed, appointed and maintained with the thought of providing guests with the ultimate Door County experience. Every space, from the kitchen, bedrooms, baths and coach house was clean and comfortable. While we were unable to take advantage of water sports and swimming due to our mid October arrival, we did take advantage of the outdoor basketball and pickleball courts, and indoor pool and game tables. This home provides more than ample welcoming space for large gatherings of good friends and family.

Spacious and well appointed, this house has all the amenities one could wish for as well as an ideal location in Door County. The property itself offers kayaking, swimming off the dock, pickleball, a firepit, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, blissful reading on the covered porch, stunning views of Green Bay, and spectacular sunsets. It is also a perfect jumping-off point for the myriad activities the peninsula has to offer, such as restaurants, shopping, tours, ziplining, and golf. The drive-in movie theatre is classic Americana! Our 3-generation family had a wonderful week at 7505 Mariner Drive and would happily return in the future.

Our extended family has spent the 4th of July week at this amazing home several times. So many bedrooms and bathrooms, we are all comfortable. Making family meals together, watching sunsets on the awesome new dock, s'mores around the fire pit... it was a magical week for three generations. We thought the house was pretty perfect, but the upgrades since our last visit were much appreciated. The wet bar, the dock, the sport court... even the extra luggage racks were so appreciated. We will be back!

Our family of 14 (with 6 kids under 8) spent a week in this lovely home. Its location is beautiful along the bay and there is plenty of room for all of us to spend time together making meals, watching the sunsets, reading, and playing in the yard. While it is an easy drive to any of the villages in Door County, its location is peaceful and quiet. We will definitely return.

11 friends just wrapped up our long weekend in Door County. We absolutely loved this house. The home is beautiful with a great view of Green Bay. The furniture, decor, bedding, etc. is all top-of-the-line. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms with attached baths are all very large and comfy. Carter was great to work with. He was always responsive to every question we had. We'd definitely rent this property again.

Wow wow wow….this house completely surpassed our expectations. We hosted a 50th anniversary party for our parents and this house was the perfect backdrop with the gorgeous daily sunsets. We loved being so close to town but felt isolated from any noise. The amount of space throughout the house was incredible and I wouldn’t change a thing about this place. The owner was very responsive and responded quickly to any questions we had during the week. Our favorite house we’ve ever stayed in and we will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing property!

Would come back!
Loved everything about this home. Great accommodations for the size of our group (7 adult women) and beautiful location. Enjoyed the firepit and being outdoors as well so much that we cancelled 2 dinner reservations in order to stay in, relax and take in the beauty of the home and scenery.

Medical Sorority get together : Priceless.
This was the best venue and glad we chose it; Carter is responsive and helped us in the process. This provided excellent accommodations for all of us and made this reunion worthy of bragging about. We are all incredibly happy with our choice.

This is an exceptional property! Beautiful views right on Green Bay, multiple large seating areas for relaxing. Well stocked kitchen. Luxurious bedrooms. Our 60+ group of 6 college friends was thrilled with our stay.

Dream home on the lake
This property is special. Layout is very comfortable. Location is ideal to local shops and restaurants without being too close. Major stores like Walmart and Target just a few miles away in Sturgeon Bay. We would love to visit the property again.

The home was immaculate and the views were spectacular. We only had one hiccup after a bad storm and the water was not working (likely we’ll pump struck by lightning). The property manager was very responsive and sent someone to resolve. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Amazing
I can’t say enough good things about this home, the property or our stay in general. My family and I rented this home for a week leading up to a family wedding and it was just perfect. The home itself is gorgeous and so thoughtfully appointed. We even joked that the paper products were top notch! Even though we had a relatively large group (10 adults and 4 kids), the home never felt crowded. The fact that every room had its own bathroom allowed everyone to have privacy and their own space. We ate most meals in- the kitchen and outdoor eating spaces are so fantastic that we didn’t see any reason to go out! Communication with the property manager was a breeze - he made the whole process very easy. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to visit again.

This was our second time renting this property. Beautiful clean home that is perfect for a large group. The home is well stocked with everything you might need. We will be returning again next year!
