Selection was good. Our granddaughter spilled her milk while we were eating and the lady running the breakfast area could not have been nicer despite having a large mess to clean up!

Hotel was spotless and staff were very friendly. The location is right downtown which is walkable to local restaurants.
Loud cars until 2am driving up and down the roads. We knew there might be an issue when they had ear plugs available 😳.

Excellent location the breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
The only minor problem was trying to regulate the air conditioning. It operated well but difficult to find the happy medium.

Great location for the hotel
Must use their valet parking, and it is an autobahn charge that isn't listed until you arrive. Floor in the hallway on my floor was dirty and had food by the door on the floor when we checked in. The outlets between the beds didn't work, and the large lamp didn't work either.

It was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in …the rooms were huge and had great bathroom access.

Particularly clean, lovely staff and able to check in early.
Valet parking was the only option. It would have been nice to have a car park. The room was noisy due to traffic.

Traffic noise was horrible. One night I felt like we were trying to sleep on a racetrack. Girl at the front desk was not very friendly.

The place of the hotel was nice. Lots of construction going on; however I still enjoyed the view. My partner and me thought the bathrooms were nice as well. That’s about all we got to experience due to issues.
There was a lack of communication amongst the staff with regards to the status of our check in. Communication issues, along with the fact that the workers were not very friendly or happy to work out the computer issue. As management in customer service myself, I was disappointed and unimpressed with the hotels interpersonal skills. Nice building, but was ultimately a terrible stay.

Location, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
When it is busy, the parking out front can be challenging. We use the valet service which is awesome but if the drive thru in front is full, it can be frustrating.

Comfortable beds. Was given Valentines cupcakes. They were delicious. Breakfast was great.
Could hear the people above when they were leaving in the morning.

I don't like finding out game I arrive that's I'm paying an extra $25 parking per day. just build it in so I know what to expect
