The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean.
The A/C did not work in 3 out of the 4 rooms - for the ENTIRE stay. The rooms stayed between 32 - 36 degrees. The front desk staff was VERY rude when asked about it. Unacceptable for the price paid.

The staff and service are exemplary. They make a special hotel an even better stay. This includes the team at reception (Melissa, Namhla, etc.) and the team at breakfast (Managers, and wait personnel). Well done Guys - keep it up!

The best breakfast ever. I will definately recommed your facility to freinds and collegues. The staff was freindly too and attendede to every request with care. I will gladly come back as soon as possible.

The room was spacious, well decorated and spotless! The staff responded quickly and were friendly. The facilities were great; beautiful pool area, with a clean pool and facilities. Can’t wait to return!
The window shutter was broken and couldn’t close properly but I’m sure this is an easy fix and it didn’t ruin our stay! I’d definitely return.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz.
Alles ist rundum sehr gepflegt und die Anlage ist gut bewacht. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war fantastisch.
Die Zimmer waren insgesamt leider etwas dunkel, da wir stets die Vorhänge geschlossen hatten, da das Hotel quasi eine Durchgangsstraße für Einheimische ist.
Wir fanden den Aufenthalt im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels aus unserer Südafrika insgesamt ein wenig zu teuer für das, was uns geboten wurde.

Great location, easy walkable distance to center but without the ongoing noise of the inner town. Spacious and well decorated rooms, lovely bathrooms and fantastic restaurant on the premises. Would stay here again.

afternoon drinks under the trees in the garden spoilt by the unwelcoming staff.

Great, spacy and clean room, really nice staff, awesome breakfast and dinner! Lovely and perfect accomidation.
