Spacious, comfortable and in a very good location
It was complicated to pay the deposit due to a webpage not accepting the same payment options as booking.com. We got help though from the customer service.

The flat was perfectly renew, everything was painted recently and all furniture was new. We all five slept so good in the two beds and one sofa bed and towels were perfectly clean and ready to use. We didn't cook but the basic was there.
AFter having done the booking we realise, written in small letter, that you have to pay an extra 45,00 € to clean the flat for just one night, we think that this is not clear when you do the booking and it is too expensive to clean just one small flat for one night, we are very disappointed. The area is close to the center but not in the center and we didn't feel so secure.

The apartment is spacious and clean (quirky furniture though). Good beds and shower. The servicing agent has been helpful to accommodate our requests.
We had not received the check-in info before arrival. Contacting the servicing agent took a long time... The Wifi did not work at all, even after it was reset and checked.
The apartment could be better equipped (we had to request a toaster, bread knife, wine glasses, no hairdryer).
