Bathtub didn’t drain when you took shower, phones didn’t work refrigerator didn’t work, no chair in the room to sit down lounge chair just the office chair

Very fast service! There was an issue with the room. I had called down to front desk and within 5 mins the issues was resolved.
It’s a bit out of date. The rooms can use some new furniture

Cleanliness of room
No easy chair on room, hallway reeked of urine after first of two nights there which we addressed with staff. It didn’t go away. Not sure if they sprayed, but they didn’t have a fan to ise.

It looks nice on the outside but I was in aware of the construction going on on the floor above me so we was up most the night, no one told us. The doors look like they’re easily broken into felt a lil weird about that room was some what clean. But comfortability was okay not too bad it’s a beautiful place just need it to look more safe . Great staff

The beds r so comfortable & housekeeping staff very nice&polite.
There should be some fruit for breakfast bar.

The beds and the free cable. The beds were so soft and comfortable. Best sleep I've had in a long time even tho I'm still tired since we went to bed late.
The bathroom. It didn't look clean but idk since I only stayed one night and forgot to get some bleach but time I remembered it was late at night.

Location was great, staff was friendly, room was large, beds was comfortable, breakfast was hot and delicious.
Bathroom was small, did fine ants in the breakfast area..

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly an very helpful with information about the area.
We wish the pool was open. The elevators frequently smelled like Marijuana.

The staff was very helpful.
We had an issue with our room (probably due to renovations), and had to move to another floor. Juan was very helpful.

The breakfast and attendee/staff were refreshing & perfectly inviting.
Due to renovations there was no hot water for more than 2 hours when showering was necessary for evening plans

I liked the convenience of the location.
Bathroom was too small, and the shower shelves had adhesive showing underneath, which looked nasty.
The breakfast bar was not the greatest. Creamer had gone bad, juice machine out of order, no orange juice to sub, and tables needed a wipe down from previous clients.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed all the options of
food for breakfast.
The only complaint is a minor one that my children had and that was the juice machine didn’t keep
the juice super cold.

booked a king bed then when we got there they said none was available, I have a baby so it wasn’t comfortable sleeping with the thought of her rolling off bed.

Check in was great. Friendly staff.
Room was suppose to have a chair and ottoman in it. Chair was missing. I like being able to have a place to sit and read. The bed was hard a rock. Woke several times with back hurting.

Staff rude, front desk person was smoking pit by the dumpsters when we arrived. filthy rooms, hallways were filled with food trash and it smelled like fish
