Sapevi di essere a due passi dalla riva dell'oceano? Prenotando questo appartamento per non fumatori potrai approfittarne. Un parcheggio è pronto ad accogliere il tuo mezzo. Sgranchisci le gambe dopo il viaggio e percorri 2 minuti a piedi fino a Ocean City Beach o 6 minuti a piedi fino a Spiaggia del Maryland.

Dopo un po' anche starsene senza far nulla non lontano da una piscina condivisa o sul balcone o nel patio può essere noioso! È in questi momenti che non devi dimenticarti che in questo appartamento hai a disposizione persino una palestra: una bella alternativa non credi? Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Questa sistemazione con 2 camere e 2 bagni offre anche un divano letto e l'aria condizionata. Qui c'è proprio tutto... anche una lavastoviglie e un microonde per la massima praticità. Anche se sei in vacanza, potrai fare qualche bucato e viaggiare con una valigia più leggera: qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Check in was ok. It took about 20 mins. The property was nice but not really cleaned well. They were just getting started when we got there so we went to our friends condo until they were done. I think they rushed the cleaning. The kitchen needs a little more utensils. The bed in the 2nd room has a too soft mattress. It might be worn out. It's very inconvenient to have to travel the whole way down to turn in the keys. We liked the property but will have to think about next year.

I stayed here with my husband and two small kids (ages 1 and 3). The condo was very nice, and we were able to easily make ourselves at home. There is easy access to the beach, and there were nice beach chairs in the locker for this unit. We loved our afternoons at the pool. The people are very friendly and you can tell Braemar is a close-knit community. The property was clean and festive (flags were put out for Labor Day). We walked to Northside Park every day for our kids to use the playground. Highly recommend going to this park. We loved everything about our stay. The master bedroom and second bedroom are separated by the living room which is nice. The master is big and roomy. The fixtures in the bathrooms could use some upgrading but it didn't affect our stay. Overall everything was great.

Very nice condo. Upgraded since picture. Loved the balcony and the and well stocked kitchen. Nice to have W/D, Yi-Fi and everything needed for the beach beach .
