The location
Being in Gujarat the food was not catered for gujrati guests . Everyday is almost same food . With waiters there is no eye contact. The service in restaurant was pathetic.

the hotel is located very close to the market and shopping areas of jamnagar. we definitely enjoyed walking around. despite being centrally located, the space is not noisy and cluttered. the staff were very polite and helpful. we especially appreciate them for providing us with a very early breakfast as we had a flight to catch.

Location
The key card was not working in the elevator despite making complaint each time. The hotel reception never accepted my complaint and each time they had to send someone alongwith us to see whether the key card works on the room and it did. I didn't like the people in the reception response to resolve
