Location was nice, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and in a quiet area. The building it is based in is beautiful with some quirky designs.
There was a pretty serious mould issue in the bathroom - it seems there is a leak. The managers were good at communicating and were getting onto fixing it.

Location was excellent with adequate eating facilities on hand. Excellent outstanding garden room and comfortable sitting arrangement
The kitchen lacked a toaster and there was no operating manual for use of oven /hotplate. A lack of drinking cups and plug sockets in kitchen.
