Good equipment and lots of space, also nice furniture

It was very hot in the flat. Despite a little fan it was almost impossible to sleep during the night. Not really the properties fault but long term it might make sense to get a cooling unit for very hot days.

the location is ok

I didn't like many things: 1. I have been provided with a codebto open a lockbox. the video showed a wrong lockbox to open. I tried the same code on another lockbix that was empty. I called for assistance, which I received, but it took 30 minutes to sort it, as the keys were in a third box with a different code. Quite a bad organization. 2. having a coffee shop underneath is not ideal if you want to sleep. 3. internal stairs to reach the apt in wood are nice to see, but unconfortable when you hear all the noises that comes from it when someone walks up or down. 4. I did not expect to find any food, but at least 2 capsules of coffee for the two nights spent would have been a minimal gesture of appreciation for the guest. 5. the bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress was too soft and you were litterally sinking in it.
