Location was ok but had to drive to beaches and shops. House property was good for dogs.
I have previously stayed at this property 3yrs in a row. Its very in need of cleaning up, gardens were lots of weed out front verandah, it rained so there were lots of leaks on front deck and back deck needs attention as its timber and neglected. House did not feel comfey as before, hardly any toilet paper, no complimentary tea or coffee, laundry was dirty and dryer full of lint. Sorry I was so disappointed as I feel this little cottage is badly neglected now.

Location was great with some lovely views. Nambucca itself is a lovely town. The kids and the dog had lots of fun and room running around the property.

Great value for the price and last minute booking. Booking process, key collection, agent information was first rate.
Lots of space for 4 adults.
Could use an extra toilet, but for the price no real complaints.

No food supplied but the house was clean and in a good location liked the older style home and big back deck and yard.
This home suited my needs I was happy and it was at a fair price compared to market. I liked not having property owners living on the premises and so it was relaxed and private, which is what I wanted.

Location, was quiet & beautiful. House was amazing. Had evetything we needed. When problem arose, staff helped straight away & remedied them.
Only problem was the beds. They are so old & noisy. Also quite uncomfortable.

Great views of ocean and hills, close proximity to services and dining. Home is roomy and comfortable, very well stocked with everything you would need. Beautiful area to explore on so many levels, wonderful day trips or just relaxing.
There isn't anything not to like, very nice holiday home.

Location was as described. Close to everything but in a quiet area. An older home but had everything needed for long or short stay.
Simply not clean enough. Dust under the furniture and the dining chairs were filthy. One was even wet. Dirty dishes and cutlery that needed washing before use.

Good open plan with great view. Very light and airy. Local Kangaroos were a treat.
Just too many instructions to keep it clean and it wasn’t clean when we arrived.
Also had leak in front porch roof which ran down to make front door mat soaked, causing water to be walked into house. Keys also need to be labelled. Had about 6-7 keys and only needed 2. Telescope fell apart and took a lot to screw it back together. We also ran out of toilet paper on day 4 of 5. We only had 4 people staying not 6.

The property was well equipped for what we needed, as a family. The location was great, close to the beach, playgrounds, clubs and shops.
The property was not cleaned well when we arrived. the floors were very dirty, cobs webs on ceiling, behind chairs against walls and outside. There was old cockroach poo in the kitchen draws. We had to wash everything before we used it due to that and dust.

The grass was too long it only got cut on Friday 22nd

The price was very good, especially in peak holiday season with great views.
The water pressure was a bit slow.
