The ladies won our hearts with their generosity, they baked a dozen cakes fresh out of the oven for breakfast even if we were the only guests staying at the property and they were very warm and welcoming. We were absolutely stunned by their kindness. The encouraged us to take all the food with us for the day and they also let us check out very late. This is what a well ran B&B looks like. Amazing.

Everything about this property is fabulous. It is truly a welcoming and authentic Italian experience. The food, the accommodation and mostly the family were something we will never forget. I highly encourage anyone looking to stay in Gallipoli to consider staying here. You will not regret it!!
We loved everything !

Salento Nonni is lovely accommodation in an historic building which has been lovingly restored. It was spotlessly clean and well furnished, including a kitchenette, washing machine, dining table, lounges, private bathroom and air conditioning. It is located in Matino, a gorgeous village a bit off the tourist trail but close to lovely beaches and other historic towns. The hosts were amazing, providing a delicious array of welcoming aperitifs and wine as well as a plentiful and delicious breakfast. Can’t thank them enough for making our stay so special.

Very friendly hosts, greeted us with an assortment of foods for appritivo.
The shower's hot water didn't last long. My only complaint.
