The property sits right on the river bank with a balcony and large window to view the river at all times; very pleasant to hear the river rushing past all night. The interiors of the condo are dated, but comfortable and clean. Very convenient location to restaurants/movie theater/stores in Lincoln (there's a walking path) and area hiking - short drive to the Flume and to the Basin.

Bathrooms were dated but who cares water pressure was great and everything functioned like new There is a paved walking path so We were able to walk to the mountain and not have to worry about parking we would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo was wonderful. The condo itself had a few things that needed attention. There were two microwaves, only one worked, there were two showers only one worked, the shower drain was somewhat clogged, the side tables in the bedroom were dirty, the batteries in the tv clickers were dead. We didn't let any of this ruin our trip but a bit disappointed with all the little things.
