Posizione, dimensione appartamento, servizi a disposizione
Abbiamo soggiornato per più di 6 notti quindi avevamo le pulizie della camera. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere il servizio due volte.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was actually even better in person—it had air conditioning, a full kitchen, a spacious wardrobe, and a dedicated workspace. Plus, the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The staff were unbelievably sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This was our first trip to London and it was amazing; we can’t wait to come back to the city and would be thrilled to stay here again!
Nothing that affected our overall score, but having a small shelf or piece of furniture in the bathroom for cosmetics/toiletries would be a great addition

Super easy Check in and 24 hour reception was a real bonus. There’s a gym which was incredibly quiet both times I used it. There’s room was a great size.
The bed, admittedly advertised as a small double, is just two small for two adults. My parter is 6ft 2 and couldn’t get comfy. The room was also really hot and no air conditioning or fan. There was also building works outside the room and it was noisy from like 7/7:30 which was an issue as we needed to keep the window open.

It was in a great location, tube station near and it was clean and tidy and had all amenities within the room. Staff were very nice and helpful
No luggage storage although staff did reccomend an app and we paid £30 for two bags at the premier inn across the road, for the money we paid for two nights I feel having a place to store your luggage for free would be an essential. Also no air con for the rooms, fans were available upon request but the rooms were uncomfortably warm and the small fans didn’t help much.
