The location is perfect , This is not the first time I have chosen your company and place of residence. I can not say anything except that you lack some attention to detail to be the best ever
Continue to contact your customers to find out the available accommodation times so that we can deal with you before booking through Booking. As well as maintaining some equipment to repair some of it if it is simple

Great location and fantastic view of the marina (towards pier 7)
Spacious and comfortable for three of us.
- The carpet was wet around near the kitchen area when we arrived but did dry out so possibly cleaners dropped something before we arrived?
- Pop up bed wasn’t there on arrival and told we had to pay for an additional towels for our third adult even though we booked it from the start for three adults.
- Was told hotel would hold our luggage until check in but they wouldn’t. However we went to the pool area and they didn’t mind keeping it behind their desk but no one told us this.
- An additional key card as only provided with one.
