Number 44 Hotel & Bar

Very convenient for everything. Staff were all verypleasant and made us feel very welcome. Room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the sea.

There wasn’t any parking

La struttura nel complesso è semplice, ma la camera con vista era graziosa e delle dimensioni giuste. Qualche piccola attenzione in più alla pulizia sarebbe stata gradita. Nel complesso, comunque, una buona esperienza e un soggiorno piacevole. Colazione in pieno stile scozzese.

La luce del bagno funzionava a intermittenza.

The breakfast was 1st class and the location made it easy to find.

Bit noisy as corridor door slamming closed while trying to sleep .

We had a fabulous view, and the main room was nice and large with a lovely seating area and a comfy bed.

To get into the bathroom you had to climb a tall step walk along a short corridor and then down another tall step to get into the room itself. it was both bizzare and felt dangerous stepping onto a slippy tiled floor. The bathroom itself was tired and in desperate need of a make over - maybe they will raise the floor to the height of the step when doing that at some point. A bit odd with the only breakfast option being a cooked breakfast, but it was nice enough. The evening meal however was not good value and not particularly nice either. I would not eat there again. Bad soundproofing in the rooms, a guest snoring in the next door room work us both up!!!
