The house and area were just lovely. I feel that you may need to take a closer look at the cooling system for upstairs. The rooms upstairs with a ceiling fan were more comfortable. I don't know if it would be an option for the rooms with bunkbeds to have a ceiling fan. Other than that, every thing was wonderful.

Had this spot reserved for a few months was nervous about whether the space was enough. Turned out wonderful. Owners responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. Definitely would/will stay here again.

Stayed the week with my wife, 3 kids, in-laws and brother-in-law’s family. There was tons of space for all of us and having 2 separate kitchens was very nice. Sabrina was very helpful and we all had a great trip.

We had a wonderful beach trip in this beachfront home. The location was great. The layout was perfect and the pool provided hours of fun when the ocean was too rough. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been to many beaches around the country and this was our first time at Holden. The location is just fantastic. Beaches are great. Food is incredible and this house was fantastic. It has everything you need and is just perfectly located. Cannot recommend it any more. Great trip for our entire family.

We had a fabulous time and the host was very accommodating. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and it was a little cool. Still the kids had fun playing in the sand and on the outside deck. It was nice having 2 kitchens to prepare the meal. We were able to push the table and island together and seat 12 for Thanksgiving dinner.

The home was clean and worked well for our multi-family trip. Being steps to the beach was key having several children 5 & under with us. The owner provided excellent communication throughout the trip. Only complaint is the side closest the general store gets a lot of light pollution at night from the store and parking lot lights. Some additional blackout curtains would be very helpful!

The boys were able to watch their sports while the ladies and kids got to watch their shows and cartoons. The two kitchens are amazing!! Its a very nice location the beach view is everything. A few suggestions I would give though are maybe having little soap bars in the bathrooms. Painting the circle picnic table. This house was an amazing find for our large family (ages 18 mos. - 60 yrs old) serving as a relaxing beach retreat post-COVID pandemic! The duplex layout worked perfectly for our group because there were 2 living room areas, 2 kitchens, multiple decks and plenty of space to spread out. Favorite parts: Location and beachfront access. Double kitchens. OUTDOOR SHOWERS located under the main deck is A+! The host was super communicative and responsive, and attentive. That in itself was reassuring and awesome! Suggestions for Improvement: Replace outside hose (it ruptured on our first day). Reattach and secure kitchen cabinet door (it was loose and fell off during our stay). Fix the button on the dryer. We found a wooden stick inserted in the start button, which was a makeshift solution to start the dryer. But it was very tricky to hit the stick at the right spot to get it going. Fortunately one of our family members had the magic touch and was able to do it when we needed; but it was a hassle to have to rely on her to do laundry. All of these items were communicated to the owner and I'm confident she will address the concerns (if not already solved)! Oh, and one other suggestion - It would have been nice to have a blender in the kitchen for frozen drinks. We ended up buying an inexpensive single glass one from Walmart for $40 and left it there for future guests. It was a wonderful stay for our entire family!

We loved the house and location. This house has everything needed to have a wonderful stay at the beach. We loved the location and the fact that it is located next to a beach store and general store. The house is very spacious and provides the opportunity to spend quality time with family but still have privacy when you want quiet time to yourself. Everything was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful with any needs we had and was very efficient when getting things done. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

The home was just as described and perfect for four siblings and their families to get away. There was ample room to spread out, cook, park, eat, and enjoy the beach. Can’t wait for next year

This was our first trip to Holden Beach with a group of close friends with children. This home is RIGHT on the beach with a beautiful boardwalk out to the sand. It can be separated into two sides just by shutting a door. There is ample space and sleeping arrangements. Appliances and furniture were all top notch. We just love this little sleepy beach town and this beautiful home. Sabrina was more than accommodating and easy to communicate with. We all said we’d be back!

Lovely home!! We were very impressed with how much thought the owners put into making this a special place for their guests. The house has the latest appliances and is spacious. Sabrina is very kind and remained available throughout our visit. Our kids loved being right on the beach and having an ice cream shop next door. This has now become our go to rental for Holden Beach.
