It is a bit from the beach.

Location is perfect, just a few feet way from the beach, right in the heart of Venice Village and it has everything that you need in order to enjoy your stay, from beach towels, a small cooler, umbrella and beach chairs, as well as a full kitchen with everything that you‘ll need. The balcony is a great plus due to we were able to sit there at night, have a few extra drinks and enjoy the live music from the restaurant next door. I was a bit worried the buzzing of the street would bother my wife since she has a light sleep but there’s even a white noise machine in the room that worked like a charm.
Everything was amazing but perhaps some darker curtains would be great due to the sun says good morning too early during the summer.

Noisy and sure this would annoy some guests my friend included I can sleep through most things so was fine

Close proximity to the beach
Staying in the same building of an operating gift shop that neighbors a late night bar which also hosts live music woulda been a nice addition to property details
