Convenience and location
It enough towels or cleaning supplies provided to keep the place clean, we stayed for 8 days. There was no dustpan for the floors and the kitchen supplies were very limited. Also no freezer for ice or frozen supplies.

Perfect location, apartment was lovely and spacious
Nothing - if I was giving feedback, it would be there could be a few more kitchen utensils, and some bits for washing pots - but that is the only one thing I could mention

Short stay for an event at the Winter Gardens
Location (once we found it) was amazing and you cant get any closer to Winter Gardens. Clean and lovely presented, with everything you need. Only downside was the rooms and beds are quite tight for space but still workable so dont let it put you off.

Location
Flat was cold on arrival. We immediately turned on all the wall heaters but the flat never got properly warm. When sleeping we were cold.
Behind the lounge tv is a gaping hole into the eves where the builders never finished off. Think draughty!
The double bedroom mattress was very thin and cheap. It made for an uncomfortable sleep (in addition to being cold). The last time i slept on such a cheap thin mattress was at university halls of residence 30 years ago! It put my back out and i walked with a limp for the next few days. You’ve been warned! 🤷🏻♂️
