Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet! We had a big room on the first floor, it was spacious, with good bed, perfect shower, good aircon. Spotless, all details of interior are with good taste and local materials. On the second floor there is living room and kitchen , both are not only well equipped, but super beautiful, it is amazing how hosts managed to transfer old abandoned building to such a gem as it looks now! And the price is supercheap for what you get. Location - close to everything- to the sea, to the city center, to airport , to good restaurants (were impressed by fish in "Jale":) )
We definitely recommend this place to any traveller! We would stay here again if come back to beautiful graciosa island!

The room was clean, so nicely decorated, with a lovely small balcony and sea view. It is conveniently located. Maria was extremely helpful and so nice.

Great hotel right on the water, sound of the waves was very relaxing. Easy code system to get in to the hotel, friendly staff and very nice common areas to relax. Excellent value, would stay again next time definitely.
