Great breakfast and hotel room. Location is not in the city but that's not a problem for my trip as we hire a car.

Very friendly staffs , nice breakfast , close to high speed railway station , my second time staying, will be my choice in Tainan

Room size is exceptional for the price point. The whole hotel is perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. So sorry I forgot to bring my swimming shorts because the pool looked very inviting. And they run a free shuttle into town if you can’t get a table in the restaurant.

The property could have been better if the staffs are friendlier…eg: after checking in upon arrival, showing where the elevators, where the restaurant to have breakfast, not to wait until the customers asked.
When asked about something, the staffs should not have why are you questioning me attitude.
