Stay here for a few nights during our daughter’s family weekend at Proctor. It is 12 min from campus and worked well for what we needed. Stunning view to wake up to!

Wow. This place is incredible! I booked this spot for a relaxing few days with my mom, aunt, and cousin and this place was perfect. The house is lovely, it was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed - and the some. The lakefront was amazing and the property was the perfect vacation spot for us. The house was easy to get to, and the hosts were great communicators. I wish we could’ve spent more time here! Thanks for the great stay!

Booked this property for a family vacation for my folks who haven't spent time at a lake house. This place may have set the bar too high for future lake house getaways - large, beautiful backyard with immediate lake access; kayaks and stand up paddle boards for use; great fishing; lots of games for cloudy/cooler days; kitchen with everything you may need for cooking; spacious porch room where we did yoga and had meals. We had our pup with us and having an enclosed yard was so helpful. Also Brian was very accommodating with shifting some dates and responding quickly. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and hope to rent the place out again!

We had an amazing time! Went up for mtb but had time to squeeze in swimming, fishing and kayaking! Great place for families. Wish we had made this a longer weekend stay. Thanks so much.

Lovely waterfront home with several well designed outdoor spaces (sunny and shaded). We especially enjoyed the kayaking!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. The outdoor shower is a must try, and there are games, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and just about any kind of game or relaxing space one could image. Something for everyone, and just the perfect spot with a view that can't be beat. The tiki bar is a fun spot, and the views from the sunroom are wonderful regardless the weather. The neighbors were also so friendly and helpful. We look forward to booking this property again, and staying longer!!!

The host of this property takes very good care of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, which was really great if you want to cook nice meals. The view on the lake and the deck is absolutely gorgeous. The host was also very very nice. I highly recommend this property.

Brian was a great host and made everything easy. We had record breaking cold weather and were able to postpone our trip one day and he was so accommodating and even offered for us to stay an extra night. We had a nice time at the house. The views of the lake were incredible. Everything was very clean and all linens and towels provided and ready was super helpful. There were many games for the kids to play with. Very. nice bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances. Beds were comfortable as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

My family and I decided to go away for a few days for Thanksgiving and this property was just what we were looking for. The lake and patio is absolutely beautiful even in November and one of my favorite memories from the weekend was having a mimosa by the fire pit in the morning just taking in the view. The tiki bar was so much fun and my boys loved having their own little area to watch TV and hang out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and though we prepared most of the food prior to
Coming we cooked a full thanksgiving meal with ease and the openness of the space allowed me to still talk and hang out with my family while cooking. The ping pong table was a big hit and provided hours of entertainment. There are a great variety of games to play and the TVs were equipped with all the channels we needed to watch football and Christmas movies. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Best spot on the lake, clean comfortable lakehouse. Jump right in the lake and swim, or enjoy an afternoon on the new patio or dusk in the gazebo. Several gorgeous views, wake up to the lake. Proprietor polite and easy to talk with. Great spot to relax. Our lil dog was in heaven. Thank you, Brian and Judy.

Our stay at this beautiful home was all that we hoped it would be! We fished from the canoe that was on the property and also from the dock. We caught a large variety such as small mouth bass, white perch, and jumbo blue gills. We were so successful that we actually lost count. In the four days that we were there we caught at least 50 fish! The house itself was exactly as pictured and made our stay there very comfortable with all the comforts of home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

It's a lovely house on Webster Lake, and while this was a working trip, we enjoyed the great view over the lake from the patio, and our Labrador' Retreiver loved jumping off the dock for a swim. House is nicely equiped, and even the kitchen knives are sharp, which never happens in a rental. This is our second stay here, and we hope to come back again. And we love hearing the loons on the lske at night!

The best on Webster Lake!
Our stay at this beautiful home was all that we hoped it would be! We fished from the canoe that was on the property and also from the dock. Great Winter Getaway
I came here with a few friends to enjoy a weekend getaway. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! The views of the lake from the sunroom were amazing, and even with us having a snowstorm on the day of check in, Brian was very communicative and did everything he could to make our check in as easy as possible. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy the lake and town of Franklin!

Perfect fall weekend getaway rental. I can't say enough good about this rental. The house is immaculate, well stocked and has plenty of space. The patio, fire pit and dock areas are beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We loved kayaking and fishing around the lake. The hosts are the nicest people I've ever dealt with for a vacation rental. They were very easy to reach, responsive and made the process extremely smooth and pleasant.
We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

Incredible lakeside home!
Perfect fall weekend getaway rental. I can't say enough good about this rental. The house is immaculate, well stocked and has plenty of space. The patio, fire pit and dock areas are beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We loved kayaking and fishing around the lake. The hosts are the nicest people I've ever dealt with for a vacation rental. They were very easy to reach, responsive and made the process extremely smooth and pleasant.

Nice house, great location
This was a perfect place to stay to visit my kid who lives in Franklin. My other daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, and my dog stayed here. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful view of the lake (and amazing stars at night). The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Wish there were more blankets, cause I prefer to lower the heat at night, but house was definately warm enough on chilly November nights. Hope to be able to visit again in the summer, and take advantage of the patio, dock and lake.
