Good location close to the beach, sea view. Spacious and cosy apartment, very good amenities, like washing machine, drying rack, and even dishwater cubes etc. Everything was thought out really well for a comfortable and practical stay.

Maison bien équipée, propre, plage accessible à 10mn à pied, terrasse avec vue sur la mer
Décoration un peu vieillotte, certains meubles abîmés dommage car la maison était très sympa, mériterais un petit relooking

Location, sea view.
This apartment has partial sea views from the balcony. It is about a 10 minute walk downhill to the beautiful Luz beach with a number of restaurants/bars.
The living room and kitchen are on the top floor and the bedrooms and bathroom/WC on the bottom floor.
Everything you need is available and the appt definitely has some plus sides. However, the apartment needs some tlc in several places, for example:
- the sunscreen on the balcony was broken.
- the lamp on the balcony causes a shortage.
- One of the couches in the living room should be replaced.
- The handle of the dishwasher and kabinets in the kitchen are broken or damaged.
- The beds are short and not comfortable.
- The cutlery was not clean.
- The balcony has 3 different types of chairs.
- Some components are rusty and / or old.
