The location was good for visiting lots of Dorset highlights like Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Sandbanks and Bournemouth. The house was spotless on arrival and very well equipped. It was only a short walk to Poole Quay for a choice of restaurants to eat out. We had a great stay

The location was perfect for my stay, close to Hamworthy and the Quay
Outdoor space full of weeds and unkept
Toilets dirty
Under beds dirty
Beds very uncomfortable
Generally a bit run down and in need of decoration..
Value for money not good
Having to go into the town to pick up and drop off keys really inconvenient
