Need to resolve hot water issue

Our host, Cedric, was superb! Regular contacts before and during our journey to Smithfield. He was at the gate to give us a hearty welcome when we arrived. Also upgraded the room gratis.
The double bed was extremely comfortable with warm bedding for a cold evening. Second room had two single beds (not used). Shower had gas heated warm water on demand in shower.
Room had a kitchenette with a gas burner, microwave, kettle, cutlery, etc.
Tea, coffee and milk was supplied. An extra bonus was the available cereals for breakfast.
Safe on site parking in front of the room.

Although the booking did not include breakfast, the hosts provided a generous supply of breakfast cereals and fresh milk, as well as tea and coffee, as a much appreciated bonus. Also, the host communicated clearly and promptly, and greeted me in person upon arrival and departure.
Nothing.
