Beautiful house to spend time with family. Driveway is a little steep for those with smaller cars. We were able to get a late checkout which was very kind since some family had later flights in Asheville. Overall we had a great time!

Home was just as described and owners communication before our travel dates was always quick to help with any questions we had! What a great weekend with family and friends! We especially loved the views and outdoor fire pit

A beautiful log home situated close to the public beach, boat rental, and beautiful downtown Cashiers. Great hosts who quickly responded to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed this property. The back porch looks out over a big backyard that is surrounded by trees. You can see the lake a little bit thru the trees. Very relaxing.
We celebrated my husbands 80th birthday there with family. It’s close to pubic access to the lake.
The master bed and upstairs queen are comfortable.
Hope to go back one day!

We had a great week at this cabin. It is spacious and well-equipped. We really enjoyed eating on the covered porch and preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The living area was roomy enough for all to be comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were great for the family. Hosts Brad and Will were very attentive and helpful. We appreciated their gracious welcome!

Great house for a family gathering and very close to the Chimney Pond Farm wedding venue
Had six adults and four children with plenty of room
Backyard was great and the kids enjoyed the creek, very close to a beach on Lake Glenville

Great cabin. Very clean and well maintained. Pool table and down stairs was a great place to hang out. Plenty of fire wood to enjoy evenings by the fire too.

Very pretty location in North Carolina, 15 min at the most from Cashiers on beautiful Lake Glenville. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our requests. It was the coldest day of the year when we arrived and thankfully, we never lost power. The house had enough room and beds for two families.

We had a couple small issues (leaky faucet) but Brad and his brother in law were very helpful. We would definitely rent this cabin again. Its roomy with a great wrap around porch with nice outdoor furniture. I would recommend this cabin if you want a great family get away

Great gathering place for family and friends
Our family had a wonderful experience at the cabin on Lake Glenville. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy being with each other and to have privacy. The main floor kitchen and the wrap around porch are perfect for flowing in and out, enjoying the forest scenery to include a creek. My granddaughter and her parents enjoyed the upstairs bedroom, the big loft area that’s outside the bedroom and and she loved having her aunt and uncle across the way. My husband and I were on the main floor bedroom - lovely as there is a door that opens up on to the porch and you can hear the songbirds singing. Downstairs is huge and a great hangout spot with a pool table and large comfortable bedroom and bathroom.
The outside grounds are beautiful with terraced rocks and plants all around. The outside fire pit is awesome and was ready to be used (time constraints… no fire on this trip because of our schedule). The mountain creek on the side of the property gave me and my granddaughter an opportunity to explore (we found a salamander!). And the road that leads to the county park and campground is a delightful walk (about .5 miles). There’s a nice playground in that park that my granddaughter enjoyed.
Our family would certainly enjoy another vacation at this well built and well designed cabin/home.

The cabin had plenty of room to spread out, including a finished basement.

Excellent Cabin Getaway
This cabin is appointed with everything a multifamily gathering could ask for. The large kitchen table allowed for us all to be together at mealtimes. The yard in front was a perfect place for the kids to play (They loved playing at the creek, and we enjoyed to tranquil sound it provided.) The mattresses are VERY comfortable. The appliances are all brand new. The owner was responsive and accommodating. It's a quick .25 mile ride to the public boat ramp, and there is a great pier there for fishing. It was a beautiful view during the wintertime. A short drive to Happs Place is recommended for a wonderful family-friendly dining experience. Live acoustic music and excellent food. We highly recommend this cabin.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. It was very clean and loved the big porch. We had 5 kids with us and it rained some, the porch was the perfect retreat. Thanks for having such a clean and inviting environment.

Annual Christmas Tree Cutting
Fantastic location, great cabin. We have traveled for 15 years into NC to cut a tree for Christmas. This was our first year at this cabin and we would love to stay again. Extremely clean and very comfortable.

Fabulous 80th Birthday Stay!
We stayed at this lovely house/cabin for my Mom’s 80th birthday with various relatives from out of state coming & going. It’s even better than the pictures! The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very nice. The living room furniture was comfy for sitting & visiting for hours. The internet was strong & Dish tv worked even when remnants of a hurricane came through. Verizon cell service didn’t work but WiFi calls did. The trip into Cashiers was curvy but easy. Zoller Hardware shopping area was fun (multiple shops) and Mantiques was great. We stayed for a week and didn’t run out of things to do in the area. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the cabin with our family. We had 12 people from the ages of 75 to 10 and everyone had a great time. The property was beautiful and it was close to the recreation areas on the lake.

Pretty location
