Location, facilities, space, all faultless!!
Only thing we missed were some tea towels in the kitchen and towels in the bedrooms as I didn't read that you didn't supply towels (my fault!)
Thanks again though we really enjoyed our stay

The property is right on cliff top with a path down to the beach so location was excellent, especially as we had dogs with us that love the seaside. We were there whilst Storm Arwen was raging and the owners were brilliant as we thought we might have had to stay longer.
The back garden is fully paved and the gate to the front, which was not fenced, was not spaniel-proof so the dogs had to stay on lead whilst at the house itself but as the beach is 2 minutes away it wasn't too much of an issue.

If it’s a sea view and the beach you are after then this property is for you .
The property is so cozy and comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the beach . Every one is so friendly and the views are stunning .
You can park on the drive check in was straightforward the owners where very helpful.
The property was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable it’s like hone from home .
Only a few miles from Filey and Scarborough a perfect location.
If you are wanting a relaxing break with stunning views do not hesitate to book .
