The staff is so nice.
Nothing. All good. The best place to stay in Acapulco.

The location and view is great! The apartment I stayed in was huge with a big balcony overlooking the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and walk-in closet. There are also several pools in the complex and loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are 3 convenience stores close by.
Nothing really. Although the building itself has seen better days, it is still nice. There was no hot water in the apartment. The food and drinks at the pool bar is not very good, and a bit pricy. It can be a bit loud at the pool area as 99.9% of the guests are local package tourists (especially during the weekend) with kids.

Good location, nice view from balcon
Small room not 45m2 as in offer. Everything looks very old. No euro plugs for chargers.
