We checked into this condo on Christmas evening. The next morning at 8:00 a.m. we awoke to the sound of drilling and pounding in the condo next door to us, which ended up going on until 5:00 pm. According to the workers, there were multiple condos around us that would be undergoing construction for the rest of the week. This condo would have had a very nice view from the deck, but the next day, our deck sliders and window were taped up with heavy plastic because the exterior was going to be painted. The painters said it would take a few days. We were not informed about any of this, and would not have chosen this condo had we known about all the construction, noise, and lack of any view to the outdoors. The management company said the owner must have been notified by the condo association, but that she did not even tell them. The pull out sofa in the living room had a broken frame rendering it useless, with one end of it pointing toward the floor at a 45 degree angle. But this was the least of our problems. After multiple calls and texts to the management company (Vacasa), we asked for a refund or to be moved to another location. Vacasa staff spoke to the condo owner, who offered us a maximum refund of 10%. That was unacceptable, so we asked to be moved, and by the end of the day, Vacasa had reserved us a great condo on the other side of the island, which was more expensive, but they paid the difference. There are many other, nicer condos to choose from on Marco. We would never stay here again, but had a good experience with Vacasa.

The view of the Bay from the kitchen and living room was beautiful. The condo was clean and all the appliances were in working order. The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was clean. Our only complaint is bugs on the kitchen counter and we were constantly killing them.

The unit is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one needs! It is bright and spacious with a spectacular view. The amenities in the unit were very well provided in the bathroom and kitchen. I am so happy that I stayed there.

What a perfect 1 bedroom for a couple or even 3 people! The view is awesome and so is the location! The pics accurately reflect the condo.

Had a great time. Did find a few small roaches but I really do think they’re moving around due to the construction on site as the property and unit is very clean. No obnoxious noise from the construction. Will definitely consider staying again if we return.

The property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed! The water view was amazing and we could sit for hours watching the boats go by. We enjoyed the pool as well as the nearby beaches. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested!!

Love the room, have been staying at Riverside for over 35 years, great room!!! Only issue was the cold water in the bathroom, but it didn’t bother us! We just shut it off and had a wonderful stay! Thank you again!! We’ll be down again soon

We had a great time visiting Marco again and the condo was very clean and perfect location. The “owners” are not friendly with the “renters.” If you plan to use the amenities on the property, especially the pool area, be prepares for the full time residents to stare and even make rude comments. We had people taking photos of us since we had pool tubes, which is also not allowed. This was the most unfriendly place we have stayed in Marco,.

Nice location with view of Sound. Easy to get to and nice restaurants nearby. Loved the Pickleball courts. The full-time residents were a little “Stand-off-ish” since we were visitors.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was so clean and was beautifully decorated. The screened in patio/deck has a gorgeous of the water, we enjoyed having our coffee and watching the boats cruise by. We even spotted some dolphins one morning. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary.

Very clean. Pool was always perfect temp. Pool is right next to the boat docks. Relaxing watching the pelicans and dolphins. Walking distance to the Snook Inn and Rose Marina. Bike rental right across the street.

Stayed for a mini local vacation and stayed at this lovely condo. It was nice and clean. When we arrived, one of the elevators didn't work but there was another working one and was fixed in 2 days. The coffee machine stopped working and I contacted the Vacasa to let them know (thru no fault of our own) and the representative offered to have it replaced that same day. Being that I brought my own mini espresso maker, I declined but they were made aware of it for the next occupants. Rep was very pleasant in putting me at ease. Everything is nearby and was quiet and lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

While it says that this location sleeps 4, it is probably better for 3 guests as there was only a pullout and a king size bed. There is also a great screened in balcony with outdoor seating.
