The condo had a nice pool and was close to the beach. The restaurant on location was perfect and had good food. Staff was awesome.

Our particular unit was decorated nicely but the furniture was terrible. My sister had back pain the entire trip and the sofa needed to be replaced. 1 washcloth per person was miserly, even with a washer and dryer, and the toilet paper was ridiculously thin. There wasn’t enough closet space left for renters- the closets were locked for the owners’ use only. I think the management and the owners need to evaluate their approach in profit making.

The unit was very clean and a virtual home away from home. Its in a great location with easy access to the beach and the local attractions. I will be back again. Simply AMAZING!!!

Honestly speaking, I was a little put off with one of the Southern Belle agents. Let me start with, I was EXTREMELY pleased that I was able to reach them after hours...because it was confusing finding the unit. The place was not hard to find. But this was our first time at this property, and we had no idea which way to go when we arrived. So we called the agent, who misdirected us (unintentionally). We got lost and called back again; the second agent made a snide comment as to her "never had a guest having such a hard time finding the unit." It was offensive because YOUR AGENT told us the wrong way initially. Then this same agent put us on hold INDEFINITELY. We hung up and WALKED the entire building with our bags until we found the unit. WHICH WAS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING!!!! Seems like the agents at Southern Belle would have known that!!! However, one monkey did not stop our show. We continued with our weekend and had a blast!

Ice maker stopped working 2 days into our trip. Air condition doesn’t really get that cold.
