Чистое и удобное место со всем необходимым для проживания и ночевки. Красивый и уютный дворик. Хозяин угостил нас собственными яблоками и грушами. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

There are a lot of beds: 2-floor kids bed and sofa.
There is a kitchen with all need facilities.
And there is an area for parking a car inside.

The property and the owners are fantastic, the garden is exceptional! It's very close to the city center but still very quiet and peaceful. Super enjoyed our stay, huge huge thanks to Ambrosiy and Lea for such a reception and treatment! If you want to experience true Georgian hospitality - this is the best place!
We loved everything! The apartment is small but very well thought through, everything worked just fine!

Very cheap. Friendly hosts. Fresh towels and linen. Enough space.
Really difficult to set water to the right temperature. Bed mattress was not really comfortable.
We were woken in the middle of the night by a cockroach.
