We enjoyed

Almost a pristine as advertised. The display of rooms on Facebook showed three distinct beds. However, there were two beds and a pull out couch. Not a deal breaker at all, but this should be clarified. A great VRBO experience!!!

This condo was beautiful and most importantly it was very clean. Located in an area with lots of good restaurants. Would recommend.

Unit was nice., just as advertised. The unit is on the 7th floor and elevator was not working. Arrived on Sunday and was told it would be repaired on Monday. On Monday we were told that it would be another week before it was fixed. We stayed Monday night but we simply could not continue to climb 7 flights of stairs every time we went some where. Went to stay at another resort the remaining 3 nights. We were also told by Beach Cove staff that all owners were notified about the elevator situation prior to us arriving and we Never received any warning about this. I simply wanted to be reimbursed for the last 3 nights but was told told by Big Fish that all sales were final and to submit to insurance. Well insurance denied the claim stating that the elevator not working was not covered. I realize that this is a business but at some point you have to do the right thing and it was not done in this case. Also when filing my insurance claim I called Beach Cove 2 times and left message for them to call me about need letter stating elevator was not working but no one ever returned my calls. Again no one in this situation acted as if they cared one bit about the customer. I strongly feel any of these people associated with this rental would have asked for some money back. Just Bad Business

Place was just as pictured. Everything we needed to make small meals, easy beach access, great location, easy check in and my girls loved the pools.

The property was clean and easy to get in and out. I was very disappointed with the sofa. The sofa had once been a sofa bed that the mattress had been taken out of and not replaced. Very uncomfortable. I did tell the manager about this but nothing came of it.

The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The view was great. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back soon!!!!

The condo itself was BEAUTIFUL!😍 Updated & clean just as advertised. Beds in the bedroom were very comfy. Only flaw of the condo was the sofa bed. It was slightly indented so you would roll to the center of the mattress. It was still very comfy to be honest. I also think the cleaning service missed cleaning it before we got there but overall...it was a really cozy condo. Keyless entry is definitely the way to go! We avoided lines & everybody was able to get in without looking for a key, however, you don't have access to the inside bar/restaurant because you have to use a room key to enter. The BIGGEST downfall of the facility...THE ELEVATORS!!! There was only 2 very small elevators. They were hot boxes (stuffy with no air) which was awful when it was packed. On top of that, they were super slow. We literally waited for a half hour before we could get on the only working elevator with all our stuff when leaving because one was out of service.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Cove in Julie’s condo. Everything was just as the pictures showed and the check in process was a breeze. It is so worth paying the extra $50 for early check in. The location of the condo was perfect. We had an excellent stay and will be back ❤️

Was there during bike week they was amazing with providing us with free trailer and motorcycle parking pool passes breakfast buffet was delicious I still have my game room card with money I'll use it next year every thing was great

The condo was as describe on the site. It was beautiful and comfortable. We had a great time exploring the sites and it was close to everything g we needed. The view was the most amazing thing!

Nice remodeled unit. The corridor and Libby could use an update. The unit needed additional small touches like a clock, paper towels, and dishwasher for sanitary reasons. Overall great place to stay.

The property was adequate for the purpose of the trip. The individual unit was nice, the building and property were a little old.

The ocean views are spectacular and the condo was perfect for two!

Great property; small glitch with leftover trash from prior party/ renters that was eventually taken care or; Otherwise property was clean and true to advertisement; Enjoyed our stay/ golfing nearby.
