The house and the ammenities are perfect for our annual family Christmas gathering. It is a very short drive to groceies, restraunts, and more. Nice extras provided by the host like the besdide phone charging stations, smart tvs, and fast wi-fi. We'll be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was well-kept, well supplied, and clean. The neighborhood appeared friendly and safe.
We didn't get a chance to use the movie room in the basement (except to turn it on and checkout the sound system) but it would be a great place to watch a movie or just the morning news.

Everything about this property was amazing! House was very well stocked and everything was clean and organized. 6 adults and we had more than enough room for everyone. Owners were responsive to emails and made the check in and out seamless. 1000% would book again.

The property was in a good area for us. The musty smell was over powering. We left 3 days early because my allergies couldn’t take it. This would not be a good property for people with allergies and or mobility problems. Steep walk to front door and very steep stairs in the house.

Very large house with a quiet neighborhood. Everyone loved the available amenities. The downstairs theatre was great and the BBQ area made it easy to hang out. Really close to beautiful Panther Creek which had lots of beautiful hiking trails. When we had an issue with some plumbing, trucks and workers were immediately ready to come by and remedy the situation the same day. All in all we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back.

Overall the house and property was sufficient for what was needed. I do feel like the house should have been much cleaner than what it was. There were cob webs, dead bugs everywhere. The bathroom rugs were dirty. The cups in the cabinets were not clean and had to be washed. Overall the house could really use a detailed deep clean.

Beautiful spacious home with so many modern comforts. The close proximity to Cherokee Lake launch and Gatlinburg will have us booking again soon to make more memories.

Perfect house in Morristown close to Panther Creek Park. The owner was very attentive and we had more than enough space. We enjoyed the back yard, screen porch and movie room. Beds were very comfortable

Nice neighborhood. Pretty house. Broken step on the deck. Upstairs railing VERY short. TP holders need to be tightened. Had to sweep entire place when we got there. Toothpaste splatter on the mirror. Something spilled on the bedroom floor and the bed was pulled over the spill. Nice place, but they need to make sure it is actually ready for rentals.

The home is very clean and furnished in transitional style furnitures. Our family of 5 plus a dog stayed there for 5 days. The backyard is fenced in where our dog loves to run around in. We took our dog through the trails at a state park that’s really 5 minutes away! Ingles grocery store, Walmart, and plenty of other restaurants that are also a short drive away. The area is growing with new developments. Kevin Davenport was very communicative from the beginning to the end of our stay. He’s very professional and there was no time delayed in a response when we couldn’t find the Roku remote. Our only complaint would be that we, being smell picky, ran a couple of scented diffusers to drown-out the stale smell from the house on the first day; no issues after that. We like the home, the area, the host, and would consider again if we’re staying anywhere near there. Highly recommended to others.

Perfect house for our family vacation
This home was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room for all of us and our dogs. The back yard was fenced in so our dogs could run and play. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location. The kids loved the theater room . Over all the home went above and beyond our expectations! The host was very responsive and easy check in and out process. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!
