Great location and well equipped home. Maybe a chair or larger couch in living room to accommodate 3 or 4 people more comfortably- other than that minor quibble, a very enjoyable stay!

Pros: 1 km from Queen St. downtown and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: 1) backyards was not fenced so the dog had to be leased
2) The car could not be park on the street during the day and had to be placed in a wide open parking lot 3 blocks away.
3) Its was hot the first few nights and the screens were out of most of the window even in the bedrooms so mosquito had access and unsafe. 2 air conditions on the premises but owner would not put them in or 2 floor bedroom screens.
4) No coffee pot available although a cleaning person did come over with some Keurig pods.
5) Advertised Netflix, no Netflix. Amazon video but the sound on the TV was very poor. I think the speakers are going.
Overall the cost of this VRBO is not worth it as the picture are deceiving and the place is much small then you think.
Advertised to accommodate 4 people with one couch that you could possible squeeze 3 people on and no other furniture except the kitchen table and chairs.

We were very surprise of the quality of the location for the price that we paid. For us it the last time that we are renting this location.
A men from the water department in Charlottetown came up the first day of location to stop the main entry of the location because the taxes have not been paid. In addition lights were not fonctionning kitchen second floor and the microwave. Very desspointing for the price that we paid.
Be sure that we will not comeback with VRBO

Great location, we walked to restaurants downtown and the harbour. Kitchen had what we needed for breakfast. Beds were firmer than we like, comfy pillows. Very nice neighbors! Friendly area, enjoyed our week here.

We had a great stay at this property. Location was very central and close to downtown but minutes to other areas. Very clean, easy communication with host. Had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean, very comfortable property. Well stocked and located within a short walk to great dining places and shopping. The property is very well managed and everything was as described or better. The manager was extremely quick to respond to our questions and eager to help. The location also provided easy access to highways and routes to different regions of PEI. Would certainly return to this rental on our next visit.

This property was clean, modern and had lots of amenities including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. A nice walk to Queen Street where you will find restaurants and shopping! Definitely recommended for couples like ourselves looking for the comforts of home away from home!

I hosted my friend visiting from Vermont on the island this weekend and we couldn't have had a better stay in Charlottetown! Everything was clean and comfortable and communication with our hosts was quick and easy. I would definitely book this property again and will recommend to anyone staying in Charlottetown!

This property is exactly what we wanted for our stay in Charlottetown. The property is exactly as described and is within easy walking distance to downtown. The house is very well equipped with household appliances and the cupboards were stocked with essential items. I would have no problem recommending this property to anybody. Connor

We arrived just before the Hurricane. We had no power for 2 days and the owner refunded 2 nights accommodation.
Unfortunately we were forced to leave 4 days early as there was no gas and only emergency vehicles allowed on the roads. We thought a full refund or offer of an 8 night stay the following year would have been appropriate.

This is a good basic property close to downtown Charlottetown and is central for touring around PEI. The owner is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure that you have a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our accommodation. We stayed for 4 weeks in August and one of the best parts was the location (15 min walking distance to downtown restaurants/harbour, 25 min to Victoria Park). The location is also a great starting point if you want to drive to beaches or tourist destinations (35 min to Montague, 20 min to Tracadie and Dalvay, 25 min to Brackley, ~30 min to Cavendish)
Hosts went above and beyond in being responsive and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend for couples or groups looking for a quiet, clean, downtown location with a backyard. Thanks Juan!

The property and reviews were accurate, so we expected to be hot (29 C outside, no AC and strangely the fans did not seem to move much air (although they were working hard and loud). Small couch for a family of four to hang out to rest, but also as shown in property description so we weren't surprised. Short 10 min walk to downtown Charlottetown.
Juan provides lots of thoughtful extras that make what could just an ok stay good.

This property is clean and well maintained. The host/property manager is prompt/responsive and helpful when posed any questions. Unfortunately our stay was shortened due to an unexpected illness of a family member and the need to return home. The property is reasonably closed to downtown (walkable) and perfect for travel with a dog. The backyard is great, (Bar-B-Q is very basic) and their is a nice public park/garden within a block. Overall the house is basic in its furnishings. Perhaps not an issue in spring or fall but with no air conditioning the house was extremely hot in during our stay. Upon arrive the house registered 34 degrees C and with all windows open, fans running and cool nights it took a day to get the temperature down to 26C. Consequently, the second floor bedrooms were very warm and with windows needing to be open street noise (being close to downtown) especially at night was an issue.

Perfect location!
We had a wonderful stay and loved being a short walk from dt Charlottetown. Cute little house with lots of space and everything we needed for the week. Hosts were lovely and very easy to communicate with. Only minor issue was the microwave not working but everything else was great. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful home away from home!
Everything about my vacation to PEI was wonderful, but this accommodation made it even better. Great management, Juan promptly responded to every question, perfect location, minutes to the boardwalk and historic Charlottetown, well maintained and very clean, with a simple lovely decor. It is very efficiently and thoughtfully stocked and has a lovely outdoor area. This accommodation definitely enhanced my PEI experience, Thank you Juan for everything.

Lovely VRBO in Charlottetown
The best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. The owner put a lot of effort into supplying little extras. He even had chips and mini chocolate bars which my daughter loved. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Cute clean space and had all of the cooking supplies needed and more. While we enjoyed eating at the local restaurants it was nice to have the option. The location was close to our destination and within walking distance to the water and walking trails. Juan was a great host and was very quick to answer our questions. Overall we had a great stay.

Walking Distance to Downtown & Waterfront
This property is very clean and has all sorts of thoughtful extras which made our stay even more comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies which is quite convenient when travelling. Juan was a great host and responded immediately to our requests. The first night was very warm sleeping upstairs as this is a remodelled older home, Juan promptly supplied us with two new fans first thing the next morning. We couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Juan!
