The place smelled wonderful and the bed were very comfortable. They had a pool and a hot tub that were also great. The hotel is also in a great location and the staff were very welcoming

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this hotel.

Me and my husband loved the place , it was very close to the beach and the room has everything that we need for our 9 days stay, we will be back!

The only downside was that we didn’t have someone cleaning the rooms for us but for the price it was ok!

Room was slightly out of date, however they are in the middle of a full renovation. So I’m sure this will improve.

We enjoyed the pool, it was very clean. They also had a hot tub we didn’t go in though but looked nice. They also had mini golf. My kids tried to play however Mini golf wasn’t kept up with as there was grass in the holes. Room was decent wasn’t bad at all. Smelled nice. We did notice trash under our bed and blankets were extremely wrinkled and I noticed a few hairs on our bed. So I’m not 100% sure they were washed.. and we were only given two towels for 4 guests. But overall the staff was extremely nice and the place was nice. There were people who clearly lived there that’s the only thing we would change because they were a bit sketchy.. but would definitely stay there again. If you need a place for a night or two it isn’t bad and very close to the beach, ice cream shops, restaurants etc.

Blankets on bed didn’t smell clean like soap.. also hairs on the bed. And the lounge chair had many stains on it. I’d just toss it. Who knows what the stains are from lol

i’m not quite sure how someone the manager and the maintenance person and the cleaning person missed that the window that had been broken into from the outside had been repaired, but there were still glass and a broken blonde and no safety locks on the window the entry door to the room did not have a working deadbolt the linens did not match on the beds. I did not spend the night here. I got a refund.

TV cable connector was awful and days trying to repair. Small in size also. .I inquired about getting compensated, and they did. . Thank you for that. I would suggest people search areas first..

They need good blinds on those windows it us very hard to sleep there. It was very bright because they don't turn sign or lights out.

Property is outdated. The beach chairs and umbrellas for rent are broken and not even always available

Christine was excellent always accommodating. Pool was excellent.

Rooms where we stayed needed updating. Rugs were not cleaned in awhile. Needed more than vacuum.

It is quite noisy there - dogs on the premises were barking early in the morning.

This place is great. when I stayed it was noisy because they where cleaning the building. That’s noise for a good reason because they actively care about providing a clean place. The owner was awesome made the place feel welcoming. Its also a block away from a beautiful beach.

I didn’t see laundry but I never asked where it was so that’s on me. The furniture is a little old but if that’s making the place a little cheaper I’ll take it for sure.

Close enough to the beach you could hear the waves from the room. Beds were pretty decent for a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and well maintained. If your looking for something that is location vs. Price, this is the best!

Roku TV wouldn't sign in - but we also didnt go ask for help to fix it. We were just so tired we gave up.

The location one block off the beach is awesome! The property manager, Christine was very nice and helpful. Appreciated the free use of beach towels, and the free parking. Room was spacious and pretty much had everything we needed. Quiet. The biggest downside was the mattress, which “sunk” in the middle and had very little support. Replace the mattress and we’ll stay with you on every trip to Deerfield. 😉
