Great hotel; clean, kind helpful staff, excellent location and delicious varied breakfast!

All good except my room was near housekeeping room and they make to much noises.

The hotel location was excellent with shops, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to local sights. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

We had arranged to be picked up by the hotel transfer on our arrival at the airport, but they were not there when we arrived. We had to contact the hotel to find out where they were, and after being initially told they were 10 minutes away due to traffic delays, we were eventually collected 80 minutes later by a driver who had just been told about the job. The provision of towels appears to be a problem for the hotel, as for 4 of the 6 nights we stayed there, I had to contact reception requesting they bring some or all of the towels we should have, as housekeeping had either left none or just some towels during their daily clean. Also, the towels that were provided showed signs of wear and tear, as they were either ragged on the edges or had holes in.
