We absolutely loved this apartment!
It was the best stocked kitchen we have had in a vacation rental. It's a quiet street, with a pretty view. It's a great location! Close to restaurants and shops, and easy drive to the wineries.
The bed is comfy! and the bottle of Pinot was such a welcoming touch.
Highly recommend! We would definitively stay again!

This lovely little place is a perfect walk to town. The large windows in the living area overlook beautiful trees, which were turning their fall colors during my 20 night stay. It has everything you would need for a short or long stay.

We were very happy with everything about this property. Location is outstanding - easy walk to 3rd Street. The place is very clean and stocked with many extra's like a nice array of snacks, bottled water and coffee creamers in refrigerator and shower shampoo and soap (not a given in many VRBO's we have stayed at). The street is very quiet at night. We loved the town of McMinnville (this was our first visit) and its ideally located in relation to vineyards to the North (Newberg, Carlton) and South (Amity). We took one day and drove to the Pacific coast - a beautiful, easy 1 hour drive. Would Highly recommend this property for 2 people!!

We absolutely loved this apartment!

Perfect Place for 2 While Touring Vineyards
We were very happy with everything about this property. Location is outstanding - easy walk to 3rd Street. The place is very clean and stocked with many extra's like a nice array of snacks, bottled water and coffee creamers in refrigerator and shower shampoo and soap (not a given in many VRBO's we have stayed at). The street is very quiet at night. We loved the town of McMinnville (this was our first visit) and its ideally located in relation to vineyards to the North (Newberg, Carlton) and South (Amity). Nice apartment, great location
Lovely and clean apartment overlooking a wooded area and an easy stroll from all that downtown has to offer. We had some trouble with the new stove but the owner was very responsive and we would stay here again.

There was also a list of local recommendations that we used multiple times. I chatted with the owners ahead of time about the area and they were quick to respond and were very helpful! The bed was really comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting out on the porch throughout that day. Downtown McMinnville was only about a 10 minute walk and the neighborhood felt safe.

Great location, easy walking distance to both downtown and linfield. Very tastefully decorated. I loved the sitting porch with view of the trees and the creek. Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful!

This apartment was so well appointed. Comfortable bed, laundry detergent, cooking oil, etc.... all sorts of thoughtful conveniences. Great location, easy walk from town, but not a busy area. The apartment was charming with a lovely outdoor area surrounded by old growth trees. Very comfortable mattress. We'd definitely stay here again.
