John, the host, met me on arrival and was extremely welcoming. He upgraded me to the new house which was an unexpected surprise. Free breakfast was also awesome.

The bed needs a bed topper. The springs were pretty uncomfortable but I slept well once asleep. The train line next to the accommodation was also unexpected but the last train was around 11pm, so it wasn't so bad.

Friendly hosts, transport to airport via them made it easy for me. Location ideal for Essendon airport next morning. Clean & tidy rooms and facilities

Location was good, dude living next door did transfers to airport which is helpful

Whoever else was staying there a male, had someone banging on the door 4x loud as yelling at 7am and woke me up. The male then was yelling “fuck fuck” and coughing and yelling getting ready and then left, very annoying Very cold at the property, had a heater that doesn’t work the room stays incredibly cold, shower I didn’t use it looked a bit rough, toilet kinda smelt like wee (makes sense for a dude like that staying there) bathroom was okay taps are a bit dingy Owner I had to call 2x to get in the property and it was just a bit awkward, he was really nice though and remembered about my morning drive to airport
