The appt. Was roomie and spacious. The staff was friendly and very responsive by answering.
It wasn't cleaned and also we booked for 7 but there where only towels for 4 and the sofabed didn't have linens. It took us 4 days to finally get some linens for the sofabed so our son could sleep a little more comfortable. Also the aircosystem makes a lot of noise.

Nice location, easy to access to restaurants and convenience stores.
The upper parking garage is a bit small but the one at the basement are good.

Room was spacious and comfortable
No swimming pool, a feature which was a key facility when booking the hotel. We complained about this and moved to another hotel at Habitat Brickell. Location wasn’t good.
