Hyatt Regency Taghazout

Location was great, beach was great, pools were lovely.

There were only two restaurants open for dinner and one was buffet only. Felt it would have been better to have the pool restaurant open for a bit longer for more dinner options.

Breakfast choice was excellent and staff helpful and efficient. Also location good near beach private environment with great sunsets and restaurant food to a very good standard

Security on Balcony doors not good … fine as a male but I would have been concerned if I was a woman

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely welcoming, the hotel and its facilities are of a very high standard, and the food was very good.

As someone who exercises regularly, however, I was a little disappointed by the size and equipment of the gym. There are very few machines and limited equipment. I feel that the importance of a good fitness facility in the overall guest experience is somewhat underestimated. A better-equipped gym would be a real plus for a hotel of this standard.

nice location and beach

We ordered a king room with ocean view, received a room facing the busy pool (see photo of our view) - when I asked to change for an ocean view room that I paid for, i was told the swimming pool view is the ocean view. I dont like to be lied to and pay for things I dont receive. the breakfast was rather average, birds flying all over the breakfast room and buffet, the staff could not be bothered. The later you arrived, the less things there were, e.g. no bread by 09.30. When eventually some of the staff noticed us, it took a long time till the ordered coffee arrived. I would not recommend the hotel to anybody - definitely not worth the money.
