The room, especially the bathroom, was very nice. We had a great view and appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

The tiny little heater in the room was not powerful enough to keep the room warm. There was a very strong east wind on our first night that blew right in around the door. We were pretty cold.

The parking lot could use a repaving. Maybe make the parking spots a little bigger.

We stay often, but this trip possible is our last time. Always loved it, but not this time. I left a note for them, but they didn't even respond to me.

Front staff had no concern about the TV not working. No phone in the room. Laughed at me when I reported the fire alarm going off each day.

Close proximity to Discovery trail.

It was right on the beach and it has a pool.

The beds are really uncomfortable and the pool hrs and rules are ridiculous. The bathrooms are really outdated and when I booked my hotel it said it had a kitchen and it only had a microwave and a small fridge with no freezer. I was very disappointed in my room.

Very good breakfast; we were given a prime room - across from the elevator, and good view out to the beach with balcony. But best part was meeting the owner who is extremely congenial. We were very curious about its connections, if any with the original Chautauqua Institution. We live close to the Chautauqua Institution in NY,, and have lots of connections with it. The staff and owner were not familiar with their namesake, but we are going to help Chautauqua Resort & Conference Center establish links with the NY Chautauqua. This made our stay! It should help Chautauqua Resort & Conf Center in their efforts to expand and improve their operation.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The room was clean and smelled like it had been serviced.. The breakfast was good, something for everybody. Great location and the grandkids loved the pool.

Building was very noisy. There were few guests, but the upstairs floor creaked horribly. You can hear everything your neighbors do and say. Prices seemed high for the age of the building. Our unit was a condo plastered with For Sale signs in every window. Kids slept in a hide a bed which was very uncomfortable., but then that's what you get with those kinds of beds.
