The fire pit and hot tub were great. We also liked the 3 separate sleeping areas.
The outside garbage cans were both full when we arrived. On the last night, one of the cans had its contents emptied and strewn about. We spent the morning cleaning up the mess.
The cans should have bungee cords or something to secure the lids on.

We liked everything about the property. It felt cozy and at home.

Location was nice wooded area
The yard hadn’t been mowed for weeks and the 20 plus steps to the front door was unexpected. Beach area was unfriendly
