We rented this place for our in-laws and they loved it! The place was stocked with the basic essentials. The pool is huge and beautiful! The location was perfect, being right in dorado beach east. The golfcarts were older but all worked fine. Would definitely book again!

House was clean and beautiful. The pool was great especially the hot tub. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Pleasant stay, nice new guest house, clean etc. Three bedrooms are all upstairs and only one room on the main level. Enjoyed the hot tub and modern pool as well as the use of two golf carts. The membership to the Ritz facilities make this an ideal property. The only issue we had was with the living room furniture Consisted of two daybeds and an extremely worn out massage chair.

Highly recommend. Great for kids and adults.

The house was very spacious with everything we needed. The amazing views of greenery was all around and the private pool was a big hit. The Dorado community's grounds are stunning and one of the best perks was using the golf carts to go to the beach, the pools, the restaurants and spa. We did pay the community fee. We just wish our trip was longer so we can use everything Dorado had to offer because it's pretty amazing. You will have a great relaxing time at this property.

DO NOT BOOK!!! We arrived at the property on 6/3/22 for 3 nights. Although the owner mentioned there's a construction site near by, she didn't mention you have to literally pass through it to get to the house with all of your luggage. the website mention a path on the side which was blocked with building materials and ladders. but I wish that was all... We went to the beach that first day and as we came back to the property, there was barely any water in the showers or the toilets. We called the owner and she came right away and said it must be the pressure in the pipes and said she will try to fix it by calling the plumber tomorrow. She offered us a refund knowing it was very late in the evening and there was absolutely nowhere for us to book at that time. We decided to have faith in her promise to call the plumber the next day. Next day, she kept on saying that she cancelled the plumber appointment and that there was no one who's willing to come on the weekend. At this point, she told us to go take a shower in the CONSTRUCTION SITE saying the water pressure is better there. We were so desperate, we even tried it there but it was so scary and unsafe AND the water pressure wasn't good there either. And when I say water pressure, I mean the shower head produced a few drops!! Fast forward to the evening times, the property didn't have any lighting leading up to the street, my father tripped on the sprinkler head on the way out through the construction site. I had to have my kids and my parents shower at my friend's house near by! As if that wasn't enough, the owner had contacted me numerous times threatening me not to put a bad review on here! she said she will report me to the ritz membership office if I put a bad review because I didn't buy full memberships to the ritz property... This is all funny because she had suggested we should buy only 3 membership to the ritz (you need those in order to use their amenities) and I followed her suggestion... she kept on harassing me over text mentioning she will post my name on Facebook and so on. At this point, I feel obligated to write this review so no one else will fall prey to this owner. she said if I put a bad review, she has the right to reply and have the last word which is fine. When you pay all this money, you don't expect to have your basic human needs missing. I can back up all these claims with videos, pictures and copies of our text msgs. The property was lovely despite the construction going on in the main house up front. We were apprehensive when we booked, but when they did work it was quiet and no issue. There were a few hiccups during the trip, but Yaija, the owner was very responsive. There was a persistent issue with the water pressure, but it was difficult to tell if it was just the property or due to the construction. The pool was amazing and the whole family enjoyed it. If you haven't been to Dorado Beach you should know that you definitely need to join the club for your stay ($350 per person additional), which Yaija arranges for you before your arrival. The club though gives you access to all the amenities (fitness center, tennis, golf, beach club and water park) and is a must. The development is beautiful and lovely to walk or run through. Overall, it was one of our favorite family trips as there was something for everyone and we'll definitely be back.

We had full access to resort amenities by paying the resort guest fee and having multiple golf carts available to us really made it convenient for our family. The house and pool are visually stunning and wonderful for pictures. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the house was wonderful. The home is clean, modern and the kitchen is very well equipped for those that like to cook. The construction on the other side of the pool was clearly advertised and not a problem at all. When we were home the construction workers were very respectful, but most of the day we were at the pool / beach club anyway. The amenities in Dorado are wonderful, the staff very nice and professional and the restaurants surprisingly good. I would highly recommend a stay at the house!
